About us

Semi-independent living for 16 plus

Bee's Residential Homes provides semi-independent accommodation and support services for young people aged 16 plus.

At Bee's Residential Homes we ensure that all our young people are provided with accommodation that is safe and comfortable. We ensure that our young people are supported by key workers, who support them to develop key skills that allow them to live independently.

Working with multi agencies we are able to offer tailored support packages which help our young people to achieve better outcomes.

We work in accordance with the Children’s Act 1989, 2004 and the Children Leaving Care Act 2000. This legislation places the onus is on the Local Authority’s to ensure every care leaver is properly catered to when making the transition from childhood to adulthood, this must be done in a planned and effective way to achieve the best possible outcomes for the  young person.

Where required the local authority meets this obligation to care leavers through the provision of semi independent accommodation. Bee's Residential Homes ensures that this transition is effective for our young people.

Bee's Residential Homes provides our young people with a focused service which is tailored to their needs. We help them in the following areas of their lives (this is not an exhaustive list):
